Returns, Refunds & Out of Stock Policy
For any return requests, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@budgetgrocery.co.uk before using the product. We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges, provided the items are in a fully resalable condition. Please note that the return process may vary depending on the nature and category of the product, as specified in our cancellation policy and terms & conditions.
Conditions for Return
- Any damaged or defective products should be reported in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including price tags, labels, and invoices.
- To prevent further damage during transit, we recommend securely packaging return shipments.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days from the date we receive the returned goods.
- For refunds under £5, we issue store credit instead of a bank refund. This is because banks charge a £2 transaction fee per refund under £5, and we do not want to pass this cost onto our customers. The store credit has no expiration date and can be used at any time in the future.
- For refunds over £5, the amount will be refunded directly to the original payment method.
Out of Stock Policy
If an item in your order becomes unavailable before your grocery delivery, our Customer Service Team will contact you via email or phone to inform you about the unavailable items. A refund for these items will be issued as store credit.
- You will receive an email notification once your store credit refund has been processed.
- Store credit refunds are usually processed within 3-5 working days.
