Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery: Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery outside Coventry & £30 qualify for free delivery in Coventry.
• Delivery Fee: A £5.99 delivery charge applies to orders below £40. Additional Charge for rice bag £6.99

Delivery Time

• We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.
• Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days from the dispatch date.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Locations

• We currently deliver within the UK only.
• Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
• If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact our support team.

Delivery Issues

• If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
• Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
